Jetray is an amazing alien with the ability to go the speed of sound in water and air he can shoot green rays that can really sting like a bee. Jetray can shoot rays from his eyes and tail. If you look closely you will see that he has black things on his back and shoulders and has three fingers on each hand and has bird-like feet.
