To figure out the simplest form of the given fractions, I opened up Notepad and divided the numerator and the denominator by the same number until any of them became a prime number. Once the denominator or the numerator has become a prime number, than the you have the simplest form of that fraction.
To figure out which fraction is equal to the given fraction, see if the denominator and numerator of one the fractions are multiples of the denominator and numerator of the given fractions.
