No, it's not. Mars is currently considered hostile to live on due to multiple reasons. One of them is because the martian atmosphere is more than 90% carbon dioxide, which we can not thrive on. Also because the only way liquid water is able to exist on Mars is because of a chemical that is harmful to humans. Another reason is because due to its distance from the sun, Mars is unable to have liquid water that is suitible for human consumption. According to this information, scientists theorize that only simple life forms, such as bacteria, can exist on Mars.
