To multiply decimals by other decimals. Multiply the digits as if they weren't decimals. Then, divide the number by ten as many times for each digit behind the decimal point.
For example, 0.2 / 0.3 = 0.06. There are two digits behind the decimal point, so the 2 * 3 is divided by 10^2. Or divided by 10 twice.
