Multiplying Decimals by Integers

It's basically multiplying Integers by other Integers. If you are asked to multiply 5 x 0.3, you multiply 5 x 3 to get 15, then you divide it by 10 to get 1.5. Since 3 is 10 times more than 0.3 It's very simple. You move the decimal forward, do the math, then move it back.
