By remembering the notes of the song and through trial and error, I was able to play this song on the piano without ever seeing a tutorial on the internet. Although, the notes I played on the piano are only the notes of the singer's voice. Not the notes of the background music. So you know what's the song I played, below is a link of the video.
This song is giving me a headache -- from both the visuals and the lyrics. But hey, de gustibus non est disputandum. Can't argue with tastes. I'm glad you're able to ouido (that means "play by ear" and is pronounced "wee-do"). Keep practicing.
