What is krypton?
Krypton is the thirty-sixth element on the periodic table. Krypton is used in certain light sources in a similar way to neon. Krypton emits light when an electrical current is conducted through it. Krypton is used in flashes for high-speed cameras and is also used to make signs.

What is rubidium?
Rubidium is the thirty-seventh element on the periodic table. Rubidium is very easily ionized. It is used to make photocells and in sometimes glasses. Due to rubidium being very easily ionized, it is possible that in the future that can be used in powerful thrusters for spacecraft. According to NASA, it is already being used in certain satellites.

What is strontium?
Strontium is the thirty-eighth element on the periodic table. It is sometimes used in pyrotechnics because of the red color certain compounds of it adds to fireworks and flares. Strontium was discovered 1790 Adair Crawford while analyzing a sample of a mineral. Strontium can be dangerous because strontium metals can suddenly ignite when made into a fine powder.

What is Yttrium?
Yttrium (it-ree-um) is the thirty-ninth element on the periodic table. It is used to make red television tubes and sometimes, alloys. It is also used to make yttrium iron garnets that are used in microwave filters.
